PTO Communications

The Oakridge Elementary PTO Communication team makes it their goal to ensure parents are informed of all the great programs and volunteer opportunities available throughout the school year. Families are informed using a variety of media;

 

 Communications are sent via:

  • OES PTO Website (front page news)
  • Weekly email (located at the bottom of the Sunday email from Mrs. Maczko)
  • Push Notifications to your smartphone
  • Emails from your Room Parents to the class
  • Social Media (Private Facebook & Instagram Page)
  • Calendar on website



Have a submission for PTO Communications?

Email your submission to the PTO. Please note submissions must be provided one week prior to publication date (allowing time for Mrs. Maczko and the PTO President to approve). Attachments must be in PDF form and images in JPEG form.

 

Join the team!

Volunteering with the PTO Communications committee is the perfect way to contribute if you need a flexible schedule. Parents that are unable to volunteer at the school can volunteer while at home. Let us know if you would like to join the Communication Committee, fill out this form.
