Please Acknowledge and Accept the Following (reset) I acknowledge and accept. 2025 Oakridge Elementary School PTO Sponsorship Agreement. This agreement is between the Oakridge Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization (OES PTO) and the above-named Sponsor for the 2025-2026 calendar year, for Oakridge Elementary School in Clover, South Carolina. This inaugural sponsorship year will begin upon the execution date of this sponsorship agreement and end on the last day of the school year, May 30th, 2026. Sponsorship of OES PTO must be, for the Sponsor, out of a sense of duty to help the community. While Sponsorship does afford some benefits (detailed below), the higher purpose is to help OES PTO improve the educational experience for staff and students of Oakridge Elementary School. For this reason, all potential OES PTO Sponsors must be approved by the Oakridge Elementary School administrators, who will judge the appropriateness of any products, services, or content published by the potential Sponsor. Sponsorship of the OES PTO does not permit the Sponsor to have any rights or responsibilities in the operation of OES PTO or any event sponsored by Oakridge Elementary School or OES PTO, nor does the Sponsor have any rights or responsibilities in the selection of volunteers, venues, vendors, or content for any event or program managed by the OES PTO. Nothing herein shall make us partners or joint ventures. The Sponsor and the OES PTO are independent contractors with respect to one another, and neither shall have any authority to represent or bind the other in any manner or to any extent whatsoever, except as specified herein. Any reference to the Sponsorship under this agreement must make it clear that the Sponsorship is with the Oakridge Elementary School PTO ONLY, and NOT with Oakridge Elementary School or Clover School District. Use of the marks or logos of Oakridge Elementary School by any local sponsor is prohibited, unless permission is expressly granted in writing by Oakridge Elementary School administrators. OES PTO “Corporate Partnership” logos can be used as long as this agreement is in effect. Sponsorship benefits commence upon receipt of full payment. Inaugural 2025-2026 Sponsorship benefits run through May 30th, 2026.
